My ultimate comfort place is always a Disney park, and I booked to go on three seperate days which felt just right: two days in DisneySea, and one day at Disneyland. Disneyland is actually my favorite and the bigger park, but there's only one DisneySea in the whole world so I felt like that was the one I should make the most of. And as it ended up raining the entire first day I was at DisneySea I was even more glad I'd planned that! I did enjoy DisneySea in the rain though, it makes the outside areas of the park really quiet and I enjoy just sitting down and taking in the atmosphere.
I really wanted this churro plush, but it was so big it was longer than my suitcase. I thought it would look really fun as one of those long pillows people have on their sofa.
Duffy was never really given a proper chance when they tried him in the Western parks, but it's impossible to come to DisneySea and not get swept up in the hype for him. I love Duffy a lot. Minnie made him to keep Mickey company on his travels, and as a solo traveler I really like that backstory.
Both parks were celebrating the 40th Anniversary of the Tokyo Resort, and I absolutely loved the overlays and theming. I took the title of this post from the theme song that was played during the parade and live shows.
